The moment Mr. FedEx man delivered this watch to Horology By The Sea World Headquarters, I threw it on my wrist and exclaimed, "'Tis the perfect Dornblüth". The stainless steel case - at least for this guy - is a goldilocks size of 40mm and 10mm thick, with a dial that is super legible dial and nicely lumed to boot. A Moonphase indicator sits at the 6 o'clock position with a complimentary numeric indication for the eight phases of the moon in the aperture just below the cannon pinion.
The reverse side reveals a nicely decorated movement with rhodium plated bridges. The watch beats at 18,000 BPH with a 50 hour power reserve.
